I am a nurse in a doctor’s surgery. I love the work, but honestly one of the biggest advantages is having to wear nurses uniforms. I never have to think about what to wear. I just wear the right uniform for the day and I am all set. It might seem silly, but that is such a big help to me. The uniforms are sturdy and attractive too. My mum worked as a nurse for years, and the uniforms now are much nicer! No weird hats, or capes. I purchase my uniforms online, mostly. It is cheaper, it is easy to replace different pieces, and the company I use also sells comfortable shoes. I like having them delivered too, no messing about at the department store. If I ever have any problems, I send the item back for an exchange or refund. I am pretty sure the other nurses I work with buy online as well.
